Tirzepatide: First 4 weeks at $300 ONLY.

Usual Dosing Schedule: 4 weeks of once-a-week tirzepatide injections at 2.5mg. Titration is individualized and will depend on weight loss.

Tirzepatide for established patients: 

< 10 mg weekly dose refills 3 or 4ml vial $375 or $425. Your invoice includes professional services, medication, supplies, and shipping.

>10 mg weekly dose refills 4 or 5 ml vial $425-$500 (4-6 weeks. dose-dependent). Your invoice includes professional services, medication, supplies, and shipping.

 Semaglutide: $200 First 4-weeks ONLY

 The program includes comprehensive new patient assessment, medication, supplies, follow-up appointments for dose changes, unlimited provider access, subscription to our app with meal plans, grocery lists, wellness plans, exercise plans, and weight tracker. 

Usual dosing schedule: 4 weeks of once-a-week semaglutide injections at weeks 1 & 2 are 0.25mg injections, and weeks 3 & 4 are 0.5mg injections. Further titration is individualized based on medication response.

Telemedicine Visits

Can't get in to see your primary care provider and not interested in a membership? Don't worry we have you covered. We understand your schedule is too busy to wait in a lobby for more than an hour to see a provider for 15 minutes or less. There are many minor illnesses a virtual visit can handle. Urinary track infections, upper respiratory infections, cough, cold, bronchitis, allergies, reflux issues, and evaluation for antibiotics.
